About Us

Northstar Management, Inc. was incorporated in California in 1991 as a licensed real estate corporation and is solely owned by Robert Mott, Jr. Mr. Mott holds a real estate broker’s license in the State of California and has been working in commercial real estate completing transactions in sales, leasing and property management since 1985. His company, Northstar Management, Inc., purchased Capital Tech Property Management, Inc. in December of 1990. Capital Tech had been operating in the Central Valley since 1985.
